Most individuals look at the annual Union Budget from a point of view of exemptions on personal taxation front- tinkering of taxes and tax slabs. While there is no change in tax slabs of rates of personal income tax this year, there are other proposals which will have far reaching consequences on personal finance of individuals. This is an attempt to look at the budget proposals from a point of view of impact on personal finance.
